Pistachio Shortbread Cookies

You'll Need: Sugar Butter Flour Pistachios Dark Chocolate

Step 1: Mix together the sugar and softened butter.

Step 2: Add the flour and mix until clumps of dough form.

Step 3: Work the mixture with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Add the chopped pistachios.

Step 4: Roll into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 5:  Slice into 1/2 inch rounds and place on a baking sheet.

Step 6:  Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
