Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake with a cinnamon swirl baked into the top - just like a cinnamon roll!

You'll Need: Graham Crackers Butter Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cream Cheese Corn Starch Sugar Eggs Heavy Cream Vanilla

Step 1: Blitz the graham crackers in a food processor with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 2: Pour into a loose-bottomed cake pan and press down.

Step 3: Cream the cream cheese, sugar and corn starch until smooth.

Step 4:  Add the eggs and vanilla and mix in. Add cream and mix.

Step 5:  Mix together the dark brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon.

Step 6:  Pour 1/3 cheesecake batter into the pan and swirl with cinnamon filling. Repeat .

Step 7:  Pipe a swirl of cinnamon on top and bake for 40 mins.
