Deliciously moist chocolate cupcakes, filled with a boozy cherry center and real cherries, topped with whipped cream.
Step 1: Add cherries, sugar, cherry brandy and amaretto to a saucepan and reduce until syrupy.
Step 2: Put all the wet and dry cake ingredients in one bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3: Scoop into cupcake liners and bake at 350° for 22 mins
Step 4: Soak each cupcake with cherry syrup and fill with two cherries each.
Step 5: Whip up your whipping cream with vanilla and icing sugar until stiff peaks.
Step 6: Pipe whipped cream onto the top of each cupcake and decorate with cherries.
