Vanilla Cupcakes

Fluffy vanilla cupcakes - super moist and buttery with a soft crumb.

You'll Need: Milk Butter Cake Flour Sugar Vegetable Oil Eggs Vanilla Baking Powder

Step 1: Split the milk into two portions, one with 1/2 cup milk and one with 3/4 cup milk.

Step 2:  Mix the 1/2 cup milk with the oil and the 3/4 cup milk with the eggs and vanilla.

Step 3: Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and beat in the butter one small chunk at at time.

Step 4:  The mixture will look like breadcrumbs.  Add the milk/oil mixture and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 5:  Slowly add the milk/eggs/vanilla mixture and beat on low speed until combined.

Step 6:  Bake for 18 minutes or until a skewer comees out clean.

Step 6:  Decorate with frosting of your choice.
