Instructions
Whip the cold cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
Use a balloon whisk to mix them in by hand and whip to stiff peaks. Be very careful not to overwhip it.
Notes
Cream
- Use heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, or double cream. It must have at least 36% fat content to be able to whip up properly.
