German Chocolate Cupcakes

Moist chocolate cupcakes filled with dark chocolate ganache and topped with coconut pecan frosting.

You'll Need: Flour Sugar Vegetable Oil Eggs Cocoa Powder Milk Sour Cream Espresso Powder Butter Egg Evaporated Milk Light Brown Sugar Coconut Pecans Vanilla

Step 1: Mix the dry cupcake ingredients into a bowl, then whisk in the wet ingredients

Step 2: Add hot coffee and then divide cupcakes into cupcake liners. Bake for 20 mins.

Step 3: Core out the cupcakes and fill with chocolate ganache (recipe in post).

Step 4:  Mix together all ingredients except coconut and pecans.

Step 5:  Boil for 30 seconds, then add the coconut and toasted pecans.

Step 6:  Scoop or spoon the cooled frosting on top of the cupcakes.
