Tiramisu Brownies

Fudgy espresso brownies topped with mascarpone cream and cocoa powder.

You'll Need: Dark Chocolate Eggs Sugar Butter Vanilla Espresso Powder Mascarpone Heavy Cream Amaretto (optional) Powdered Sugar Cocoa Powder

Step 1:  Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Step 2: Whip the eggs and sugar together then pour in the chocolate mixture, vanilla and espresso.

Step 3:  Pour into the pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.  Cool completely in the pan.

Step 4:  Cream together the mascarpone cream ingredients and fold with whipped cream.

Step 5:  Pipe or spread the mascarpone onto the cooled brownies.

Step 6:  Dust with cocoa powder and slice into 16 squares.
