You'll Need: Heavy Cream Powdered Sugar Vanilla

Step 1: Put cold cream and vanilla into a stand mixer, then sift in the powdered sugar.

Step 2: Whip until just before the desired thickness - depending on what you are using it for.

Step 3: Finish the cream off by hand to make sure it stays nice and smooth and you don't over whip it.

Step 4: Whip to medium peaks for topping cakes and pies.
