Russian Buttercream

The most glossy, smooth buttercream, and the easiest to make!

You'll Need: Butter Condensed Milk

Step 1: Whip the butter in stand mixer for 5 minutes until thick and glossy.

Step 2:  Slowly add the condensed milk, whipping the whole time.

Step 3: Add a little vanilla and salt if desired and whip on high for 1 minute.

Step 3: The frosting is ready to be piped or spread immediately.

Use it to fill and frost cakes.

Or add other ingredients for different flavors.
