You'll Need: Butter White Sugar Brown Sugar Egg Yolk Flour Vanilla Pumpkin Puree Cinnamon Ginger Cream Cheese Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt

Step 1: Mix together filling ingredients and make small blobs. Freeze.

Step 2: Blot pumpkin puree dry with paper towels.

Step 3: Mix together melted butter, both sugars and pumpkin puree.

Step 4:  Add egg yolk and vanilla and mix until combined.

Step 5:  Add dry ingredients and mix into a dough.

Step 6:  Flatten balls of cookie dough and put frozen cheesecake balls on top.

Step 7:  Put more cookie dough on top and squish together. Roll into a ball.

Step 8:  Bake at 350°F for 13 minutes.

Step 9:  Decorate with cream cheese glaze and pecans.
