You'll Need: Butter White Sugar Light Brown Sugar Eggs Flour Pumpkin Puree Vegetable Oil Milk Cinnamon Nutmeg Ginger Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar Vanilla

Step 1: Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

Step 2: Add the eggs and beat in.

Step 3: Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla and spices and mix until combined.

Step 4:  Add half the flour, then the milk and oil, then remaining flour, mixing between each addition.

Step 5:  Scoop into cupcake liners and bake for 18 minutes at 350*F.

Step 6:  Beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla and decorate the cupcakes.
