Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Moist pumpkin muffins from scratch with cream cheese filling and streusel topping.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth.

Step 1

Stir melted butter into the cinnamon streusel topping ingredients.

Step 2

Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3

Stir the wet ingredients together then add to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Step 4

Fill muffin cases halfway with batter then scoop a spoonful of cream cheese filling on top.

Step 5

Fill the rest of the way with more muffin batter, then top generously with streusel.

Step 6

Bake for 18-22 minutes until risen and perfectly domed.
