You'll Need: Flour Sugar. Butter Eggs Pumpkin Purée Oil Milk  Spices Cream Cheese Vanilla

Step 1: Mix all the filling ingredients together and put it in the fridge while making the batter.

Step 2: Melt the butter and mix with the flour and sugar to make the crumb topping.

Step 3: Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 4:  Mix all the wet ingredients together then add to the dry and whisk.

Step 5:  Put a little batter in the bottom of each muffin liner, then add a blob of filling.

Step 6:  Fill to the top with more batter and then sprinkle the streusel on top.

Step 7:  Bake at 425°F for 7 mins, then drop temp to 350°F for 15 mins.
