You'll Need: Butter Flour White Sugar Light Brown Sugar Eggs Sour Cream Vegetable Oil Sea Salt Vanilla Almond Extract Pistachios

Step 1: Combine ground pistachios with sugars, flour and butter to make pistachio crumble.

Step 2: Whisk eggs with white and brown sugar.

Step 3: Add oil, sour cream, pistachio paste and extracts. Whisk.

Step 4:  Add flour, baking powder and salt and whisk until lump-free.

Step 5:  Add chopped pistachios and mix.

Step 6:  Scoop batter into muffin liners and top with pistachio crumble.

Step 7:  Bake at 425°F for 5 mins, then drop temp to 350°F for 13 mins.
