You'll Need: Milk Sugar Egg Yolks Vanilla Butter Cornstarch Pistachio Paste Flour Salt

Step 1: Whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, flour and salt.

Step 2: Heat milk, sugar and vanilla on medium heat.

Step 3: Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg yolks and whisk.

Step 4:  Pour everything back into the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 5:  Boil until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Step 6:  Add the butter and pistachio paste and whisk in.
