You'll Need: Cream cheese Pistachios Graham Crackers Butter Eggs Sugar Cornstarch Heavy Cream Vanilla Pistachio Cream

Step 1: Crush up the graham crackers and pistachios and mix with melted butter. Press into cake pan.

Step 2: Beat the cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch together, then beat in the eggs.

Step 3: Add the pistachio paste and vanilla.

Step 4:  Gradually mix in the heavy cream.

Step 5:  Pour into the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until slightly wobbly in the center.

Step 6:  Let cool completely, chill for 4 hours and then decorate with pistachio cream.
