Crunchy, flaky homemade cannoli shells filled with  delicious pistachio filling.

You'll Need: Flour Sugar Salt Butter Marsala Wine Frying Oil Ricotta Powdered Sugar Cinnamon Pistachio Paste Vanilla

Step 1: Start the shells by mixing butter into the dry ingredients until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Add egg and marsala. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms. Chill for 2 hours.

Step 3: Roll the dough out super thin and cut out rounds.

Step 4:  Wrap rounds around cannoli tubes.

Step 5:  Fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes)

Step 6:  Mix strained ricotta with powdered sugar, pistachio paste, cinnamon and vanilla.

Step 7:  Pipe pistachio filling into cooled shells.
