Pecan Butter

Delicious homemade pecan butter with a touch of sweet and salty.

You'll Need: Pecans Salt Powdered Sugar

Step 1: Toast the pecans in the oven at 350°F for 7-10 minutes - until fragrant.

Step 2: Tip the cooled pecans into a food processor and turn on high.

Step 3: Once the oils start to release, add the salt.

Step 4:  Keep going until the desired consistency is reached, then add sugar and blitz for a few seconds more.

Step 5: Pour into a glass jar or airtight container.

Step 6:  Enjoy as a topping or as a delicious snack right from the jar!
