Dubai Chocolate Bar Recipe

Deliciously crunchy pistachio kataifi filling inside a dark chocolate bar. 

Ingredients

Melt butter in a frying pan and then add the kataifi - cook until toasted.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the pistachio cream, tahini, and salt.

Step 2

Mix the toasted kataifi into the pistachio mixture.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate and coat a silicone chocolate mold with it. Let it set.

Step 4

Press the pistachio filling into the chocolate mold, then cover with more chocolate to seal.

Step 5

Let the dubai chocolate bar set completely.
