You'll Need: Eggs Sugar Dark Chocolate Butter Cocoa Powder Flour

Step 1: Prepare ramekins by covering in butter and coating with a thin layer of sugar.

Step 2: Melt chocolate in the. microwave along with the butter and cocoa powder.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar just until combined.

Step 4:  Slowly add chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

Step 5:  Fold in the flour gently, be careful not to overmix.

Step 6:  Pour into ramekins (about 3/4 full) and chill until just before serving.

Step 7:  Bake at 375°F for 8-14 minutes, or until edges pull away from ramekin.
