Mini Bundt Cakes

One easy base recipe to make 6 different flavors of delicious mini bundt cakes!

You'll Need: Butter Sugar Eggs Flour Milk Vanilla Powdered Sugar + extra ingredients for your chosen flavor

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.

Step 2: Beat in the eggs and vanilla.

Step 3: Add half the flour and mix in gently until totally combined.

Step 4: Mix in the milk completely, then the remaining flour.

Step 5:  Fill your greased mini bundt pan and bake for 12 mins at 350°F.

Step 6:  Mix all the glaze ingredients in a bowl and pour over bundt cakes.

Step 7:  Mix in additional ingredients into the glaze for more flavors (see post for inspiration).
