Marshmallow Frosting

Easy homemade marshmallow frosting recipe with natural ingredients. 

Add the egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar to a bowl over a double boiler.

Step 1

Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is warm.

Step 2

Transfer to a stand mixer and whip until stiff peaks form. Mix in the vanilla.

Step 3

Use immediately on cakes, cupcakes or desserts.

Step 4

Toast with a kitchen torch for that toasted marshmallow look and flavor.

Step 5
