Step 1: Chop pecans and toss with melted butter and golden sugar. Bake for 7 minutes to toast.
Step 2: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and stir.
Step 3: Add maple syrup and vanilla
Step 4: Add the remaining dry ingredients and the milk.
Step 5: Fold in the toasted pecans, put batter in bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 6: Once baked and cooled, mix all the glaze ingredients together and pour over the cake.
Step 6: Top with leftover candied pecans.
