Mango Cupcakes

Soft and fluffy mango cupcakes filled with mango coulis and topped with mango buttercream and more mango coulis!

You'll Need: Flour Sugar Butter Eggs Milk Vegetable Oil Vanilla Mango

Step 1: Heat mango and sugar in a saucepan until thick. Blend and then pass through a sieve.

Step 2: Mix butter into the dry cake ingredients until it resembles bread crumbs.

Step 3: Add the milk and oil and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 4:  Add remaining ingredients and mango coulis.

Step 5:  Bake at 335°F for 18 minutes.

Step 6:  Scoop out the middle and fill with mango coulis.

Step 7:  Frost with mango buttercream and more mango coulis.
