You'll Need: Butter Sugar Eggs Vanilla Almond Extract Almond Flour Flour Cinnamon Raspberry Jam Powdered Sugar

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla and almond extract.

Step 2: Sift in the almond flour and stir into a thick paste.

Step 3: Add the flour, salt and, cinnamon, and mix into a soft dough.

Step 4:  Shape the dough into a flat disk, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 5:  Roll out to 1/8-inch thick and cut out rounds. Transfer to cookie sheets and cut hearts out of half of the cookies. Chill for 30 mins.

Step 6:  Bake until golden brown, then let cool before filling.

Step 7:  Dust the top cookies with powdered sugar and cover the bottom cookies in a thin layer of jam.

Step 8:  Gently place the top cookies on top of the bottoms and press together.
