You'll Need: Flour Sugar Cocoa Powder Vegetable Oil Eggs Sour Cream Vanilla Espresso Powder Chocolate Heavy Cream

Step 1: Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and then add all the liquid ingredients, mix together.

Step 2:  Divide batter into cake pans and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Step 3: Heat cream and vanilla over medium heat.

Step 4: Combine warm cream with beaten egg yolks and then cook until slightly thickened.

Step 5:  Divide the mixture, mix half with dark chocolate and half with white chocolate.

Step 6:  Build the layers in a cake ring and chill for at least 4 hours.
