You'll Need: Milk Water Butter Flour Salt Sugar Filling of choice Chocolate Heavy Cream

Step 1: Heat the milk, water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until the butter melts and the liquid is boiling.

Step 2: Add the flour and beat with a wooden spoon on medium heat until a film forms on the bottom of the pan.

Step 3: Add the eggs, a little at a time, until the right consistency is reached.

Step 4:  Test if the choux pastry is the right consistency by seeing if it drops in a 'V' shape from the paddle.

Step 5:  Pipe the pastry into little mounds. Flatten the peaks with a finger dipped in water.

Step 6:  Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown all over. Pierce a hole in them to release steam as they cool.

Step 7:  Fill with pastry cream and dip the tops in the chocolate glaze.
