S'mores Brownies

Gooey chocolate brownies with a graham cracker base and toasted marshmallow topping..

You'll Need: Dark Chocolate Eggs Sugar Butter Vanilla Graham Crackers Egg Whites Cream of tartar Salt

Step 1: Mix crushed graham crackers with butter and press into pan to make the base.

Step 2:  Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Step 3: Whip the eggs and sugar together then pour in the chocolate miture.

Step 4:  Pour into the pan and bake at 335°F for 25 - 30 minutes.  Cool completely in the pan.

Step 5:  Make the marshmallow frosting and cover the cooled brownies with it.

Step 6:  Toast the marshmallow frosting with a kitchen blowtorch, thens slice the s'mores brownies.
