Pistachio Brownies

Fudgy chocolate brownies filled with pistachios and topped with pistachio ganache.

You'll Need: For Brownies: Butter Sugar Dark Chocolate Flour Eggs Pistachios For Ganache: White Chocolate Heavy Cream Pistachio Paste

Step 1: Whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and thick like custard.

Step 2:  Melt the chocolate and butter together.

Step 3: Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until combined.

Step 4:  Fold in the dry ingredients and extracts. Then add the pistachios.

Step 5:  Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Step 6:  Enjoy plain or top with pistachio ganache (recipe in post).
