Delightfully crunchy and crispy brandy snaps encasing a smooth amaretto cream - perfection!

You'll Need: Butter Light Brown Sugar Golden Syrup Flour Ginger Powdered Sugar Heavy Cream Amaretto Dark Chocolate

Step 1: Heat the sugar, butter and syrup over low heat, stirring gently, until sugar dissolves.

Step 2: Remove from heat and add flour and ginger, stir vigorously until glossy.

Step 3: Spoon teaspoons of mixture onto baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 9 minutes.

Step 4:  Watch the magic happen!

Step 5:  Let cool for 1 minute and then gently lift with a knife.

Step 6:  Immediately wrap around a rounded utensil.

Step 7:  Whip the filling ingredients together and pipe into the brandy snap.
