You'll Need: Eggs sugar Cake Flour Vegetable Oil Milk Vanilla

Step 1: Whip the eggs and sugar over a double boiler until the sugar dissolves. .

Step 2: Transfer to a stand mixer and whip on high speed for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Turn the mixer to the lowest speed and whip slowly for a further 10 minutes.

Step 4: Fold in the siften flour gently being careful not to knock out too much air.

Step 5:  Incorporate the oil and milk by 'sacrificing' some of the batter.

Step 6:  Bake for 35 mins, then flip upside down to cool. .

Step 6:  Slice and fill with all kinds of delicious frostings and fillings!
