Espresso Cupcakes

Fluffy and moist coffee sponge topped with a silky coffee buttercream.

You'll Need: Butter Sugar Light Brown Sugar Flour Eggs Espresso Powder Vanilla Milk Condensed Milk

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together, then add eggs and mix.

Step 2: Mix in half the flour, then the milk and espresso powder, then the remaining flour. Stirring between additions.

Step 3: Scoop into cupcake liners and bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.

Step 4:  Whip butter for 5 minutes until pale and silky.

Step 5:  Slowly add the condensed milk, whipping constantly until it is thick and smooth.

Step 6:  Add espresso powder and hot water to frosting then pipe onto cupcakes.
