San Sebastian Cheesecake

Light and creamy on the inside and deeply caramelized on the outside. The ultimate for cheesecake lovers.

You'll Need: Cream Cheese Heavy Cream White Sugar Eggs Cake Flour

Step 1: Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.

Step 2: Add the eggs, one at a time, beating in between.

Step 3: Combine the flour and cream, then add to the batter.

Step 4:  Pour the cheesecake into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 5:  Bake until set on the outside and jiggly in the middle. The top should be dark brown.

Step 6:  Let cool completely before serving.

Step 7:  For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate for two hours.  For a creamy interior, serve at room temp
