Salted Caramel Cheesecake

Creamy baked caramel cheesecake with homemade caramel sauce topping.

You'll Need: Graham Crackers Butter Sugar Cream Cheese Corn Starch Eggs Heavy Cream Vanilla

Step 1: Blitz the graham crackers in a food processor with melted butter.

Step 2: Pour into a loose-bottomed cake pan and press down.

Step 3: Cream the cream cheese, sugar and corn starch until smooth.

Step 4:  Add the eggs and vanilla and mix in. Add cream and mix.

Step 5:  Mix in the homemade caramel sauce and bake at 335°F for 40 minutes.

Step 6:  Slice and top with caramel sauce right before serving.
