Luxurious chocolate bar with crispy pistachio filling - how to make the viral Dubai chocolate bar at home!

You'll Need: Kataifi Pistachio Cream Tahini Salt Butter Chocolate

Step 1: Toast the chopped kataifi in a frying pan until golden brown and cripsy. 

Step 2:  Mix the pistachio cream, tahini, and salt together in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add the toasted kataifi and stir together until combined.

Step 4:  Melt the chocolate (or use my easy tempering method) and pour into the chocolate mold.

Step 5:  Once the chocolate has set, fill with the crunchy pistachio filling, then seal with more chocolate.

Step 6:  Refrigerate until set, then turn out of the mold.
