Red Velvet Brownies

The perfect mix between fudgy brownies and red velvet cake.

Mix the white and brown sugar together with melted butter.

Step 1

Add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix to combine. Then add oil and cocoa powder.

Step 2

Incorporate the red gel food coloring, then fold in the dry ingredients, then the vinegar.

Step 3

Pour the brownie batter into a lined cake pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes

Step 4

Let cool completely, then frost with cream cheese frosting.
