You'll Need: Pistachios Powdered Sugar Cake Flour Eggs Sugar Butter Pistachio Paste

Step 1: Blitz the pistachios in the food processor until finely ground.

Step 2: Mix with flour and powdered sugar.

Step 3: Whip egg whites and gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 4:  Fold the pistachio flour into the meringue gently.

bonnibakery.com

Step 5:  Divide between cake rings and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6:  Fill and decorate with pistachio French buttercream (recipe in post).
