Cream Puffs Recipe

Choux Bun Ingredients

Heat the butter, milk, and water over medium heat until boiling.

Add the flour and beat vigorously for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and there is a thin film on the bottom of the pan.

Cool the dough, then beat in the eggs one at a time.

Add the last egg a little at a time, until the pastry is glossy and falls off the beater in a soft 'V'-shape.

Pipe into small mounds, and pat the peaks down with a wet finger. Let sit while you preheat the oven.

Bake until puffed up, completely baked, and hollow inside.
