Chocolate Covered Strawberries

How to easily make homemade chocolate dipped strawberries.

Step 1: Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Chop chocolate finely.

Step 2: Melt the chocolate and temper it using either traditional tempering method or easy no-thermometer tempering method (see recipe post for both).

Step 3: Grab strawberries by the leaves and dip into the melted chocolate.

Step 4: Shake off excess chocolate and lay on a lined tray to set.

Step 5: Add any toppings immediately as the chocolate sets fast.
