Baileys Chocolate Mousse

Smooth and silky chocolate mousse spiked with creamy baileys.  Easy, chocolatey and delicious!

You'll Need: Butter Eggs Sugar Whipping Cream Chocolate Baileys

Step 1: Whip egg whites until frothy, then gradually add sugar to make a meringue.

Step 2: Chop chocolate into small chunks and add to a bowl. Set aside.

Step 3: Heat cream and baileys in a pan until it just starts to bubble.

Step 4:  Pour cream mixture over chocolate and stir while it melts..

Step 5:  Add yolks and butter, then fold ganache and meringue together to form the mousse.

Step 6:  Pour mousse into glasses and put in the fridge to chill for two hours.

Step 6:  Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
