Chocolate Espresso Cake

Layers of rich, espresso-infused chocolate cake with silky espresso buttercream.  A coffee lover's dream!

You'll Need: Flour Eggs Sugar Cocoa Powder Milk Veg Oil Vanilla Espresso Powder Butter Condensed Milk

Step 1: Add all cake ingredients, except espresso powder and hot water, to a bowl and mix until smooth.

Step 2: Dissolve espresso powder in hot water and add to the cake batter.

Step 3: Divide batter between cake pans and bake at 350°F for 30-40 mins.

Step 4:  Whip butter for 5 mins then gradually add condensed milk and espresso powder to make the frosting.

Step 5:  Cut cakes in half and layer with espresso buttercream to make 4 layers.

Step 6:  Cover in espresso buttercream and decorate with swirls and coffee beans.
