Chocolate Chip Cannoli

Crunchy, flaky homemade cannoli shells made in the air fryer and filled with classic chocolate chip cannoli filling.

You'll Need: Flour Sugar Salt Butter Marsala Wine Ricotta Powdered Sugar Cinnamon Vanilla Chocolate Chips

Step 1: Start the shells by mixing butter into the dry ingredients until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Add egg and marsala. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms. Chill for 2 hours.

Step 3: Roll the dough out super thin and cut out rounds.

Step 4:  Wrap rounds around cannoli tubes.

Step 5:  Fry in air fryer at 400°F for 4 minutes. (Or deep fry in oil)

Step 6:  Mix strained ricotta with powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate chips.

Step 7:  Pipe cannoli filling into cooled shells.
