Russian Buttercream

The most glossy, smooth vanilla buttercream, and the easiest to make!

You'll Need: Butter Condensed Milk Vanilla Extract Salt

Step 1: Whip the room temperature butter in stand mixer for 5 minutes until smooth and pale.

Step 2:  Slowly add the condensed milk, very gradually, whipping the whole time.

Step 3: Add a little vanilla and salt and whip on high for 1 minute until thick and glossy.

Step 5: The frosting is ready to be piped or spread immediately.

Use it to fill and frost cakes.
