How to Make Brown Butter

Brown butter adds depth and complexity to any dish with it's irresistible nutty flavor - and it's so easy to make!

Step 1: Chop the butter into chunks and place in a light-colored pan on medium heat.

Step 2:  As the butter melts it will start to bubble and crackle.

Step 3: Keep checking to see when the color has changed to deep golden brown.
