Biscoff Cheesecake

No-bake Biscoff cheesecake with Biscoff in the base, cheesecake and topping!

You'll Need: Lotus Cookies Butter Cream Cheese Heavy Cream Cookie Butter  Powdered Sugar Vanilla

Step 1: Crush the lotus cookies and mix with melted butter.

Step 2: Press the crumb mixture into a pan.

Step 3: Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

Step 4:  Beat together the cream cheese, biscoff, powdered sugar and vanilla.

Step 5:  Fold in the whipped cream.

Step 6:  Pour into pan and leave to chill overnight.

Step 7:  Remove from the fridge and decorate with melted Biscoff.
