Red Velvet Cupcakes

Soft and tangy red velvet cupcakes topped with delicious cream cheese frosting.

You'll Need: Flour Sugar Cocoa Powder Eggs Oil Buttermilk Baking Soda Vinegar Vanilla Red Food Coloring Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar Butter

Step 1: Whisk the wet ingredients together until blended.

Step 2: Sift together the dry ingredients then mix into the wet ingredients.

Step 3: Add red food color until the batter is the desired brightness.

Step 4:  Mix vinegar and baking soda together then quickly mix into the batter.

Step 5:  Scoop into cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes at 335*F.

Step 6:  Beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla and decorate the cupcakes.

Step 7:  Sprinkle with crumbs to decorate.
