You'll Need: Butter Sugar Flour Eggs Sour Cream Pistachios Pistachio Paste Milk Almond Extract

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.

Step 2: Mix in the eggs and sour cream until combined.

Step 3: Mix in half the flour, then the milk, the the remaining flour. Stirring between additions.

Step 4:  Add the pistachio paste and almond extract.
