You'll Need: Almond Meal Sugar Butter Eggs Vanilla Almond Extract Flour Raspberry Jam Pastry Shell

Step 1: Bake the homemade or store-bought tart shell completely.

Step 2: Cream the butter and sugar, then add the extracts and beat in the eggs one at a time.

Step 3: Mix in the flour and almond meal until it forms a thick paste (frangipane).

Step 4:  Spread the jam all over the base of the tart case, then put the frangipane on top.

Step 5:  Decorate with flaked almonds and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7:  Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
